How do I exchange an item?

Please send us an email with the request for an exchange and which item it is.

What do I do if I have received the wrong product?

Send a photo and the order confirmation to info@mymahol.com.

Can customs duties be imposed?

Yes, customs fees may apply, but we will cover customs fees from a purchase value of $200

How to get the customs fees back?

Send us a photo of the receipt for the customs fees by email and your bank details so that we can transfer the amount to you.

Can I return my ordered items?

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt and return it to us. Clothing that has already been worn or washed will not be accepted for exchange or return.

How does the return process work?

Who bears the cost of the return?

The customer bears the costs for a return.

Why does the customer bear the costs for the return itself?

We have opted for a chargeable return, because we want to prevent indiscriminately ordered products that you do not want at all. Since every further transport is harmful to the environment, we want to keep it as low as possible and achieve so that our customers only order what you really want.

Do I have to send my package insured?

The shipment does not have to be insured, but it must be traceable. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link.
